We make a great personal effort to ensure that every single guest has a great time with us. To achieve this, we ask for your understanding that we only do this on the basis of the following general terms and conditions:

Basics and validity
1. These general terms and conditions apply to all visitors to the LUMAGICA Light Park in Merano.
2. Our general terms and conditions of AWEO Italia GmbH, Sparkassenstrasse 24 l 39012 – Merano (BZ) l Italy l Codice Fiscale: 03259000218 (hereinafter referred to as "AWEO") are valid for the sale, procurement or brokerage of tickets.
3. The exhibition is carried out exclusively by the organizer. The general terms and conditions of the organizer apply to visiting the exhibition/event. The contract for the visit is therefore concluded between the ticket buyer and the organizer.
4. AWEO sells event tickets and is therefore only an agent or supplier of event tickets and never an organizer. The tickets are sold in the name and on behalf of the organizer.
Event and requirements
1. All event tickets are sold exclusively in the name and on behalf of the organizer. By ordering and purchasing an event ticket, the purchaser confirms that he has read and accepted these general terms and conditions and those of the organizer.
2. The contractual relationship is concluded exclusively between the organizer and the guest. The guest acts in his own name and on his own account. The resale of tickets is prohibited, as is the commercial or professional trading without the prior consent of the organizer. This applies in particular to the sale of tickets to third parties at inflated prices or an auction of the tickets over the Internet with the intention of making a profit.
3. The invoice amount is due on the day of booking. When ordering tickets for leisure events (theater, musicals, sports, etc.), there is no distance selling contract. This also applies to tickets from the Burgenwelt Ehrenberg association or the respective operator/organizer. For this reason, the purchaser has no right of cancellation or return to the organizer. Every order of tickets is therefore binding and the purchaser is obliged to pay.
4. A paid ticket entitles you to a one-time visit.
Payment and delivery
1. Payment is processed by an external payment provider. The general terms and conditions of the payment provider apply to this part of the order.
2. The ticket prices include VAT.
3. After the payment process has been successfully completed, the ordered tickets are immediately available for download. The buyer also receives all tickets by email.
Liability
1. The organizer assumes no liability for damage to property or personal injury. If the organizer is unable to hold the event or can only do so with a delay, or if other essential contractual obligations are violated, compensation for damages is limited to the foreseeable damage in the event of slight negligence.
House rules
1. The organizer's house rules must be followed, as must the instructions of the service staff and other employees of the organizer.
2. It is prohibited to bring dangerous objects to the event.
Right of withdrawal
1. Services provided in connection with leisure activities are excluded from the right of return - provided that a specific time or period is contractually stipulated for the fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur.
2. If the guest is unable to attend the event on the day for which he purchased the ticket, the ticket will expire without refund. purchase price.
3. After completing the order, in most cases there is the option of taking out cancellation insurance for tickets. This is handled by a partner company. The general terms and conditions of the provider therefore apply.
Event tickets
1. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer has the right to attend the respective event.
2. The ticket works when printed out or on a smartphone and is only valid with an undamaged barcode or QR code. Protect the ticket from moisture and dirt.
3. Only fold or cut the ticket along the lines provided and do not bend the codes.
4. The ticket only works once and is invalidated when you enter the event. Additional tickets with the same code will be rejected by the system.
5. The printed code must be kept strictly secret. The buyer is responsible for keeping their tickets safe.
6. Tickets purchased at the box office or at advance booking offices are usually printed on thermal paper. They must be protected from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
7. Illegible or damaged tickets are invalid and may prevent entry to an event.
8. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. To exchange damaged tickets, please contact the respective organizer directly.
9. Private transfer of a ticket is permitted, commercial resale is prohibited.
Cancellation of an event
1. If an event is canceled, postponed or otherwise cancelled, the buyer is entitled to return it. The organizer is solely liable for the refund of the ticket price.
Data protection and data transfer
1. We would like to point out that the IP data of the connection owner is stored in cookies for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing.
2. In addition, your order data (name and address as well as the items ordered) is also stored for the purpose of contract processing. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures.
3. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship is stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or Letter b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
4. The organizer has access to your order data (name and address as well as the items ordered). The latter is also obliged to process these in accordance with the current GDPR guidelines.
5. Further data is transmitted to the payment service provider for the purpose of processing the payment of the purchase price.
Sound, film and video recordings
1. By participating in an event, the guest agrees that videos and photos taken of him during the event may be used for the organizer's advertising purposes and expressly waives any claim to compensation. This consent is given without any time or geographical restrictions.
Final provisions
1. Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after the conclusion of the contract, the validity of the contract remains unaffected.
2. Italian law applies exclusively.
3. The place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of AWEO Italia GmbH, Merano.
4. Any provision that is invalid in whole or in part will be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid one.
